The best clinic I have ever visited. The staff are excellent, and of course, the dr Dianca is outstanding. It was my, my mom's, and my sibling first time trying treatment at Skaer, and we were impressed by the professionalism. Like other clinics where we had a consultation first and then treatment, here the doctor provided detailed explanations about skin condition and patiently addressed our needs based on what our skin required, not just what we wanted. Afterward, the nurse confirmed the treatment and price, and upon agreement, we proceeded with the treatment. The ambiance is also incredibly pleasant, making the experience even better.

My first time here at Skaer and it was lovely! Everything was top notch from the front desk, interior, the staff, and the treatments. Dr.Anggi was very nice and thorough about what I need after I told her about all my concerns, no over selling at this part. And the nurse, Mba Wulan was also great and kind in explaining all the treatment options and handling the procedures. It was very comforting for a person with high anxiety like me. I’ll definitely come back again for my next pampering day ♡
