My appointment was at 9:30 and I arrived at 9:00, where I was welcomed with complimentary tea or coffee in various flavors. About 10 minutes later, I had my consultation with Dr. Anggi—she was very kind and explained everything clearly. The treatment was amazing, with thoughtful touches like a kimono, slippers, and even a free foot massage. It lasted almost two hours and was truly relaxing. Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend Skaer Clinic to others 😊

very nice & informatif doctor, the facilities are perfect: skin condition tools, professional cameraman for the before and after shoot to know our progress treatment, the service are perfect: complimentary drink and snacks, neck & foot massage before main treatment. variative doctors: they had acupuncture. and the facial are so good! details, bye blackheads. looking forward for my next treatment!

The best clinic I have ever visited. The staff are excellent, and of course, the dr Dianca is outstanding. It was my, my mom's, and my sibling first time trying treatment at Skaer, and we were impressed by the professionalism. Like other clinics where we had a consultation first and then treatment, here the doctor provided detailed explanations about skin condition and patiently addressed our needs based on what our skin required, not just what we wanted. Afterward, the nurse confirmed the treatment and price, and upon agreement, we proceeded with the treatment. The ambiance is also incredibly pleasant, making the experience even better.
